2. Products and Services: Our website offers a range of snack products. We aim to ensure product availability and quality, but cannot guarantee the availability of all items at all times. All snack products are sold as-is. Please read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
3. Pricing and Payment: All descriptions, prices, and promotions are subject to change without prior notice. We are not responsible for pricing or typographical errors. Prices displayed on the website at the time of purchase apply. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other reasons at our discretion. Payments must be made in full and processed successfully before any order is shipped. In case of failed payment or any issues with the transaction, we will notify you immediately to rectify the situation. Our website dose not offer or accept payments in cash upon delivery.
6. Shipping and Delivery: We ship to all cities and areas within the United Arab Emirates. We are not liable for any delays in shipping caused by the shipping provider or external factors beyond our control. Shipping times are estimated but not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
7. Non-Refundable Policy: Due to the perishable nature of food items, all sales are final. Once an order has been confirmed and processed, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or spoiled.
8. Non-Cancellation Policy: Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. We begin processing and preparing your order immediately to ensure the highest level of freshness and quality.
9. Damaged or Spoiled Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with proof of the issue. We will investigate and, if applicable, offer a replacement or store credit.
10. Customer Responsibility for Delivery: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided are correct. The customer must be available to accept delivery. If the courier is unable to reach the customer after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, no refunds, replacements, or reshipments will be issued, as the snack products are perishable and cannot be restocked.
